- The third installment of the IBW started out with “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford walking around the backstage
area. Then, as he went past an area, the voice of Commissioner Schultze could be heard. Commissioner Schultze
told Wyatt Blackford that he would have loved to put him in a title match tonight of some sort but couldn’t because
he has came up short twice already in his previous attempts. Wyatt said he still thought he deserved another shot
because as they say, third times a charm. Commissioner Schultze didn’t agree and instead said that Wyatt would
have to start from the bottom and work his way back to the top. And tonight, he would be facing Jordan “The
Titan” Stamy to start that long road back to the top. Wyatt seemed to disagree with the decision but accepted it
anyways and left.
- A shot of the IBW arena was shown, displaying the new name for the show “IBW CORRUPTION.” The music
blared and a few displays of fireworks went off to start the show!
- “Never Again” hit as Jordan “The Titan” Stamy appeared in the IBW entranceway and walked towards the ring.
Jordan Stamy got in and awaited his opponent. “She Loves Me Not” hit next as “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford
appeared in the IBW entranceway. Wyatt Blackford took off his shirt and taunted at Jordan Stamy with his
sculpted body. Wyatt rolled into the ring and the match started.
“Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford vs. Jordan “The Titan” Stamy
As quickly as this match started, it ended just as fast. Both men began to taunt at each other until Wyatt Blackford
made the first move and charged at Jordan Stamy. Wyatt attempted a clothesline but Jordan ducked and took Wyatt
off of his feet quickly. Jordan went for the cover; 1, 2, Wyatt got a shoulder up. Jordan then picked up Wyatt but
Wyatt fought back with some big punches backing Jordan up. Wyatt attempted to irish whip Jordan but Jordan
countered it into a irish whip of his own. Wyatt turned around and Jordan charged at him but Wyatt stopped him
with a kick to the gut followed by the Tetnis Shot! Wyatt went for the cover but an IBW referee was not in sight.
Wyatt yelled to the back and a referee ran out and made the count; 1, 2, 3.
Winner: “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford
- After the match, “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford yelled at the referee for not coming out sooner. Then, Wyatt’s
music didn’t hit at all. Wyatt yelled at the back for his music and a few seconds later, it hit. Wyatt jumped out of
the ring and stormed to the back very angry.
- Chino was shown arriving to the IBW arena when he was stopped by security. He told him he had a match
tonight against Philip Flawless for the #1 Contendership for the IBW Midwest Title. Security told Chino that since
he attacked both Jordan “The Titan” Stamy and Philip Flawless for no reason, he won’t be awarded a title shot for
his actions and will be welcomed back next week, not tonight.
- A recap was shown from last week of the IBW Midwest Title match between Marty Matthews and Tommy Hill. It
showed when The Staminator interfered and tried to take out Marty Matthews with the cookie sheet but ended up
hitting Tommy Hill instead allowing Marty to hit the Marty Massacre and pin Tommy to become the first ever
IBW Midwest Champion.
- “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford was shown changing out of his ring attire and getting his things when the voice
of Commissioner Schultze was heard again. Commissioner Schultze told Wyatt to calm down. Wyatt yelled back
that he didn’t want to calm down. Wyatt said he was mad that there was no referee to make the count until he
yelled for one. Wyatt also brought up that his music didn’t hit until he yelled for it as well. Wyatt said everyone
else in the IBW doesn’t get treated this way so why should he. Commissioner Schultze apologized on behalf of
anyone in the back that made a mistake and promised it would never happen again. To show his appreciation for
agreeing to his stipulations, Commissioner Schultze allowed Wyatt to go referee the next two matches.
- Back in the IBW arena, “It’s Going Down” hit as Philip Flawless appeared in the IBW entranceway doing his
usual stuck up pose. Philip then proceeded towards the ring and rolled in. A different camera shot was shown with
a graphic hitting the screen showing that the IBW Midwest Title was on the line. “I Am” hit as Marty Matthews
appeared in the IBW entranceway spitting water over his head with the IBW Midwest Title over his shoulder.
Marty circled the ring, got in, showed Philip the IBW Midwest Title and handed it to the referee as the match
began.
IBW MIDWEST TITLE MATCH
Marty Matthews (C) vs. Philip Flawless
The match started with both men locking up followed by Marty Matthews breaking it up by applying a headlock on
Philip Flawless. Philip eventually got out of the hold pushing Marty away. When Marty turned around, Philip
charged at him and connected with a big shoulder block. Philip then picked up Marty and gave him three big
punches followed by irish whipping him. When Marty came back at Philip however he jumped in the air and
connected with a big dropkick. Marty went for the cover and the referee counted the pin; 1, 2, Philip kicked out.
Marty picked up Philip and grabbed his right arm and tied it behind him back applying pressure to it. Philip
grabbed his shoulder in pain until he reversed the move, came around Marty and hit a big back suplex. Philip went
for the pin on Marty right away but only managed to get a two count. Marty eventually got back on his feet but
when he turned around, Philip charged at him and hit a big clothesline allowing Marty to fall from the ring to the
outside. As Philip taunted in the ring, Marty was on the outside trying to regain composure after taking a big fall to
the outside. Philip then rolled out of the ring and gave Marty some punches and kicks. Philip picked up Marty and
dragged him towards the entrance area and nailed his head off one section of the hay stacks. Philip picked up
Marty and did the same to the second section of the hay stacks. Philip picked up Marty and tried to irish whip him
back into the ring but Marty reversed and threw Philip back in. Marty then grabbed the outside of the ring, flipped
in, jumped and connected with a big Frog Splash! Marty went for the cover but Philip got his shoulder up after
two. Marty picked up Philip but was met with a kick to the gut from Philip followed by a big inverted DDT! Marty
sat up holding his head in pain right away. Philip threw Marty back down and went for the cover but Marty
somehow found a way to kick out before the three. Philip was frustrated that Marty kicked and picked him up
again attempting another inverted DDT. Just as Philip went to jump to execute the move, Marty went behind Philip
and pushed him away. As Philip turned around, Marty picked him up and connected with the Marty Massacre.
Marty went for the pin as the referee counted; 1, 2, 3!
Winner and STILL IBW Midwest Champion: Marty Matthews
- After the match, special guest referee “Hot Property” Wyatt Blackford gave Marty Matthews the IBW Midwest
Title and raised his arm in the air. Marty Matthews took the belt, rolled out of the ring and threw the IBW
Midwest Title over his shoulder staring down Philip Flawless in the ring who was out cold. Marty turned around
and left to the back.
- Backstage, The Staminator was shown doing push-ups over his IBW Heavyweight Title. Tommy Hill then
approached him and The Staminator stopped and got up. The Staminator threw the IBW Heavyweight Title over
his shoulder and asked what Tommy Hill wanted. Tommy said he was hoping it didn’t have to come to this but it
will have to after what happened last week. The Staminator told Tommy to forget about it. Tommy said he can’t
forget about it because he wanted to become the first ever IBW Midwest Champion, not Marty Matthews. The
Staminator asked Tommy why he isn’t worrying about the current Midwest Champion. Tommy said that isn’t on
his mind right now. What is on his mind is getting some revenge against what he considered an allie to begin with
and in the process, he will walk away with some gold. The Staminator told Tommy that the only way he is walking
away with gold tonight will be because he will knock all of his teeth out and get gold ones to replace them. Tommy
then smiled at The Staminator and walked away as.
IBW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
The Staminator (C) vs. Tommy Hill
The match started with both The Staminator and Tommy Hill locking up followed by The Staminator pushing him
away. Tommy got back on his feet and taunted at The Staminator. The Staminator taunted back but charged
forward and locked up with Tommy. Tommy got the first advantage pushing The Staminator down to one knee.
However, The Staminator tripped Tommy with his other foot taking him down. The Staminator picked up Tommy
and gave him a big flip followed by a big leg drop to the arm. The Staminator then took Tommy by the legs and
applied the Staminator Stretch! Tommy showed pain on his face from the submission but found a way to counter
out of it and get on his back. Staminator turned Tommy over onto his stomach again and applied the Staminator
Stretch. Tommy once again countered out of it and got on his back but this time The Staminator leaned down and
picked Tommy up onto his shoulders. Tommy hit a few punches to the head of The Staminator while he was on his
shoulders but Staminator dropped Tommy into a big powerbomb. Staminator went for the cover but Tommy kicked
out after two. Tommy got back on his feet, Staminator got up, Tommy charged at him attempting a clothesline but
Staminator ducked and gave Tommy a big back suplex into a bridge; 1, 2, Tommy kicked out. Tommy got back on
his feet but when he did The Staminator jumped and kicked him off. As Tommy laid on the outside from the kick,
The Staminator jumped out of the ring and connected with a big elbow drop. The Staminator then picked up
Tommy, kicked him in the gut and suplexed him from the outside back into the ring. As Tommy lay in the ring,
The Staminator set up a ladder on the outside of the ring. The Staminator climbed up it, took off his shirt, jumped
attempting an elbow drop but Tommy moved out of the way. Tommy took the advantage and went for the pin right
away but The Staminator threw him off his chest after the two count. The Staminator got back on his feet quickly
after kicking out of the pin but when he did he was met with a kick to the gut from Tommy followed by the Tommy
Gunn! Tommy quickly crawled over to The Staminator and hooked his leg; 1....2....The Staminator somehow find
a way to kick out! No one has kicked out of the Tommy Gunn to date in the IBW and Tommy was very surprised as
evident with the look on his face. Tommy got on his feet and yelled at the referee saying it was a three, not a two.
As Tommy was yelling at the referee, The Staminator got back on his feet and waited for Tommy to turn around.
When Tommy finally turned around he got a kick to the gut followed by the Facelift! The Staminator went for the
cover; 1...2....3!
Winner and STILL IBW Heavyweight Champion: The Staminator
- After the match, the referee handed The Staminator the IBW Heavyweight Title and The Staminator held it in the air celebrating
his second successful title defense. The Staminator then took the IBW Heavyweight Title and taunted Tommy Hill
with it who was in the middle of the ring out cold. The Staminator then rolled out of the ring and threw the IBW
Heavyweight Title over his shoulder. The Staminator smiled at Tommy Hill in the ring and left to the back as the
show went off the air...
